Permits, insurance & regulations

Tree removal in the City of Atlanta and many surrounding jurisdictions may require a permit. We assist with permit applications and documentation, but the property owner is responsible for compliance with applicable rules. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage for any claim; coverage decisions rest solely with your insurer.
